HDN is a business relational software development start-up that started from our desire to help people to find jobs during the 2009 economic crisis and our frustration on the recruitment agencies and establish recruiting processes and their inefficiency.

Recruitment process is most of the times lengthy, tiresome and normally recruiters fail to understand the real needs of their business clients. As such, and taking into account the advancements in technology and mobility, we decided to decentralize recruitment and simplifying the recruitment process by taking out the recruitment agencies and replace it with a mobile app.

Currently we are validating our concept and building our client pool but in the end we hope to establish the first and leading job exchange like it was any other financial exchange.
